I have been trained in aromatherapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and yoga - and I will meet you where you are to help you find healing support and success. Each session begins with a short mindfulness moment, if you want. I love giving homework and can direct you to meaningful books and resources that support wherever you are now.
